Pick ‘Em Poker is an online video poker game offered by online casinos with Real Time Gaming (RTG) software. It is an interesting variation of video poker which I have only seen online.
Theoretical Payback Percentage: 99.0% on the $1 Pick ‘Em Poker Video Poker game at High Noon Casino (RTG)*.
How Pick ‘Em Poker differs from Jacks or Better Video Poker: All of the payouts are increased on the Pick ‘Em Poker game, and the bottom payout is 9s or Better instead of Jacks or Better. The Pick ‘Em Poker video poker game is also very different in the way it is played.

This is a screenshot of the Pick 'Em Poker game after the player has chosen which stack of cards to add to his/her hand.
In Pick ‘Em Poker, the player is dealt two cards which will be part of the player’s final hand. The player also gets two additional cards face-up, each of which have two more cards which are hidden beneath these extra face-up cards. The player then chooses one of these two cards to include in their hand. Once the player makes this choice, the two cards which are beneath the chosen card are revealed and added to the player’s hand. All of the cards in the stack which is not chosen are discarded and the player is paid for his/her five card hand according to the paytable.
